driftir pairs you with a random stranger for a one-on-one text or video conversation. There are no accounts, no profiles, and no matchmaking criteria — connections are random. By using driftir you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
driftir is for adults only. By entering you confirm you are at least 18 years old. Conversations are live, unmoderated, and may include explicit content. If you are under 18, leave now.

Breaking these rules may get your access blocked, and where the law requires, reported.
Every chat has a one-click Report button. Reports are logged immediately and reviewed by the operator. Conversations are not pre-screened — if a stranger makes you uncomfortable, end the chat and report them.
Whatever you type or show remains yours. You grant driftir only the technical rights needed to run the service: relaying your messages to your chat partner, and storing report records for moderation. driftir does not store your conversations.
driftir is provided "as is", free of charge, with no warranty of any kind. The operator is not responsible for the behavior, statements, or content of other users. You may encounter people or content you find offensive — your protections are the End, Next, and Report buttons. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's liability for any damages arising from your use of the service is excluded.
The operator may suspend, block, or shut down access to the service — for anyone, at any time, without notice — especially in response to rule violations.
These terms may change as the service evolves. The effective date above tells you when they were last updated. Continuing to use driftir after a change means you accept the new terms.
